Going under ground

There comes a time in every adult life whe he/she must make a difficult decision to follow what is comfortable and familiar, or what is unknown and risky. I have never been the risk taker, so it is with much trepidation that my family and I venture out on a new adventure.

It may take us somewhere that we want to run away from, but it may lead to a wonderful new beginning with the Lord and those who love Him as we do.  We must be wise as serpents and innocent as doves.

My entire life has had a series of struggles over who will be the ultimate authority in my life.  Each time I choose God, I loose more friends and family members.  It is not an easy road, but it is one I would choose again and again if it means having the blessings poured out on me and my family that God has given us.

In this decision to leave all that is familiar, many will assume we are not following God... yet they have no basis to convict us of such.  Family and friends will spread lies about us and ask for "prayer" for us to come out of this "cult" we have been deceived into joining.  These are lies straight from hell and are based in fear and their own lack of control over our lives.

We are moving to a wonderful place to join in with a community of Believers to homestead and create a safe place for our children and our future.  Not everyone is called to this community, and that is okay, but some are called.  Those who are called should not be shunned by their families and friends, but encouraged and loved.

We will continue to update this website.

Keep out of debt and owe no man anything, except to love one another; for he who loves his neighbor [who practices loving others] has fulfilled the Law [relating to one's fellowmen, meeting all its requirements]. The commandments, You shall not commit adultery, You shall not kill, You shall not steal, You shall not covet, and any other commandment, are summed up in the single command, You shall love your neighbor as [you do] yourself. Love does no wrong to one's neighbor [it never hurts anybody]. Therefore love meets all the requirements and is the fulfilling of the Law. Besides this you know what a critical hour this is, how it is high time now for you to wake up out of your sleep. For salvation is nearer to us now than when we first believed. The night is far gone and the day is almost here. Let us then drop the works and deeds of darkness and put on the full armor of light. Let us live and conduct ourselves honorably and becomingly as in the open light of day, not in reveling and drunkenness, not in immorality and debauchery, not in quarreling and jealousy. But clothe yourself with the Lord Jesus Christ and make no provision for indulging the flesh [put a stop to thinking about the evil cravings of your physical nature] to [gratify its] desires. Romans 13:8-14
